So Floyd still may lose to the actual best of 140/147/154.
Mosley had already announced that he was moving back to 147. So when Floyd fought Oscar at 154, you could make a very strong argument that Oscar was the best fighter at 154. Mosley wasn't even in that division anymore.

Manny might KO Juan Manuel Márquez ranked no.3 p4p by RING & what if he moved up and beat Baby Bull or Casamayor?
Ya, but the key word there is "might." If he KO'd Marquez and then beat Diaz and/or Casamayor at 135, then people would start giving serious consideration to Pacquiao as the fighter of the decade.

But those are pretty big Ifs. All 3 of those fighters you listed would stand a very good chance of beating Pacquiao.
yeh i guess i have to agree with you.. regardless whether or not Oscar was 1, 2 or 3 at 154 its still a big win even as a split decision.

and i agree it would be a massive feat for Pac to win those 3 bouts especially considering that he would enter the ring as the underdog in all three.
