Hopkins wants 60-40 split in Calzaghe fight

Hopkins is a 2 division champion. He's the bigger name. He should get the bigger pay. And like eagle said, 40% is still a couple of millions. Kessler agreed to all of Calzaghe's terms just to make the fight happen. Calzaghe should do the same. That is if Calzaghe and Warren really want the fight.

VD do you realise kessler was paid just shot of £3 million pounds? Id be suprised if he got anything above £800k before, so Kessler just set himself up for life for that fight with Joe. So thats a load of bollocks if Joe was to paid anywhere near triple his biggest payday he probably would swim there.

The point is Joe should not worry about the money. Just call the bluff.

Well not really VD was saying Kessler bowed to all Warrens and Joes demands but he forgot to add Kessler also got at leats 3 times his biggest payday, sort of relevant in the terms of the deal.

You make it seem like Calzaghe would get chump change for a Hopkins fight. He won't. He'll get millions. Make the fight.

Hopkins aint worth more than Joe at this stage in his career. No matter how far up his own arse he is.
