I'm gonna shock the S*** outta ya both.

I've gotta agree with bruce.

I think that the fight will go the stretch. I think that it'll be a tuffer match...& I think that if it does go the stretch...we might have a dubious decision to contend with in order to make it a three-see.

Course...that's just me talkin outta the ole' poop chute...but I think that when it goes to the cards with Taylor...S*** always get's as goofy as a special ed kid with a bag fulla eternal gobstoppers.
I don't see it Wacko even if Taylor wants to fight cautious fight Pavlik will force him out of his shell with his ram rod jab and aggressive style i see this being another barn burner with Pavlik winning by TKO in 9.
Rewatch the last fight.

Look...I love Pavlik...but Kelly's not the smartest fighter in the sea.

He goes for the kill pretty my 90% of the time because that's where it's at for him. Yes he has a great jab. Yes he pulled some pretty sweet combo's outta his a** the last go 'round. Yes he was gotdammed effective. The thing is though...I really believe that Taylor & team underestimated him.

No dis to Pavlik.

I want him to win...but it all goes back to Pavlik's fight game.

I realize that no one needs a detailed roster check here...but Taylor has been in with Hopkins twice, Spinks, Wright, & Joppy...who shouldn't be mentioned...but there ya go. The one opponent is enough to equal & cancel out Pavlik's skill level. While Taylor wasn't a shoe in for the winner against Hopkins bout 1 or the Wright fight...he did go toe to toe for the duration.

The equalizer & table turner is ofcourse the power of Pavlik...but a gameplan could negate that.

While I do feel that Taylor is flawed mentally of late...I do think that he's got plenty of skills if he can keep his head on straight...which will be an issue if Pavlik tees off on it the way he did last time out.

Like I was saying...watch the last fight. Taylor had Pavlik on the outs. He overshot his wad & there's a distinct possibility that he could have kept Pavlik at the end of his jab & won the fight...ofcourse there's a possibility that if you shoved enough monkey's up your a**...one could fly out...if properly projected & pressured enough.

Wacko no offence but i have probably watched it about 20 times

By the way Taylor performed it certainly didn't look like he underestimated Pavlik that was the best Taylor i had seen in ages.

Those fighters are better skilled fighters no doubt but it doesn't mean anything, style wise Pavlik has a more effective to trouble Taylor than those fighters you mentioned now that may sound absurd but its just bad style match up for Taylor, Pavlik has very aggressive style along with a good jab plus he has a longer reach in the jab so he can catch Taylor on the counter with the jab it will always bother Taylor the jab was the key in the first fight it set up Pavlik's straight right hand i just don't see how Taylor can stop Pavlik's jab.

Its not just his power its Pavlik's jab that gave him more trouble.

I have watched it plenty of times Pavlik got stupid and stuck his chin out and let Taylor hit him but Pavlik held on well and survived difference is Pavlik only needed 1 chance and he finished Taylor that will be in the back of Taylor's mind plus i think Taylor burns way too much nervous energy thats why he faded late in 1st Hopkins fight.
