With his defensive style he takes a lot of punches on his elbows, and back, and he does hard work outs, but what bothers me is that his training schedule is messed up. It is not healthy to train all night, I know it puts him in a certain mind set, but the human body is used to working during the day, and it gets the best recuperation during the night.
21 yrs... do you study medicine?? did you hear that or did you study that?? just curious

everyone's body is different... pro-goalies peak at 30... its according to natrual abilities... alot of pro basketball players, especially over 6-10 arnt completely coordinated until they are atleast 25 yrs..
as far as power i was in american football and weightlifting and you can train all you want most people's power peak in the olympics are 24 to 30... your bones, and tendons need years to broaden and mature...

the biggest advantage of being 21 is your body repairs better and faster but in different sports there is different times when your body would peak for that sport....
