Sean let me ask you a question. How do you fight a guy that was inactive for almost 2 years and had numerous surgeries in his hiatus from the sport? Just a curiosity question
True, he was finshing old business with Castillo when KT was fighting Leija, but he could have had a crack at him in late 2004 (instead of Mitchell fighting KT and Floyd fighting Brussells). Also KT's fight with Hatton could just have easily been against Floyd. In May 2005 Hatton fought Kostya and Floyd fought Gatti. In both cases Floyd took the much easier road. I guess that's how to make a fight against a guy with numerous surgeries and coming of a hiatus from the sport
