I really don't think he is. He couldn't get the weak chinned Omar Sheika out of there and it took him several rounds to get wear down guys like Syd Vanderpool and Rubin Williams.

The only guy he looked specatcular in demolishing was Scott Pemberton and Manfredo did an even better job on him. His win over Robin Reid was surpassed by Carl Froch too.

He may get a stoppage from a cautious refereee but I can practically guarantee that Manfredo won't be knocked out. I don't even believe he'll get knocked down.

My own belief is that the fight will go the full 12 rounds unless another referee does to Manfredo what Terry O'Conner did.

Lacy floored iron chinned Reid multiple times.

Iron chinned? Not any more did you see his fight with Carl Froch last month?

The only thing hard about him nowadays is his cock when he's doing his porn scenes.
Yep he had never been dropped going into Lacy fight, the Reid that fought Froch was coming off an almost 2 year lay off and he had only one warm up fight against Brinkley in which he he looked bad.
How can you be coming off a two year layoff and yet have had a warm up fight?

Reid just doesn't have it any more. He didn't train for the Lacy fight and was only there for the payday.

The fact he kept going down was just lack of conditioning, bad balance and being in the ring with a young, strong hungry fighter whilst he himself was old and disinterested.

The Reid that almost beat Calzaghe woulnd't have been floored by Lacy.

And its worth noting that Lacy didn't stop Reid, his corner pulled him out.

Lacy doesn't have devastating one punch power, he's just an aggressive pressure fighter who wears people down by accumalation.

Don't get me wrong, I really like him but I don't see why people think he's going to blast through Manfredo in 4 rounds.

Manfredo has never even been down in a fight to my knowledge. He's a durable kid who can take a punch. The stoppage loss to Calzaghe was just a terrible refereering decision.

As long as he doesn't spend too much time on the ropes in this fight I don't see Lacy stopping him.

I think Peter will put on a good show and that it will go to the cards.

My bad i worded it wrong i meant going into Brinkley fight but still he had only 1 fight in two years when he fought Froch he looked pathetic he didn't even try he was going down on punches that didn't even look that hard he was just there for the paycheck and nothing more atleast he had desire to win Lacy fight he had none in the Froch fight.

Im not sure which fight your on about but Reid was competitive with Lacy all the way until the controversy in which Lacy hit Reid on the break.

Well i don't know because Calzaghe isn't nowhere near the puncher Lacy is,

Yes they did but at the time it was considered very impressive because Reid had never been knocked down and Lacy dropped Reid 4 times wasn't it ??

He has the kind of power to turn a fight around with 1 punch.

Manfredo has never been in with a big puncher so im not really certain how good his chin is im not saying he ain't tough, but im not quite certain how good his chin really is because i've never seen him hit flush by a big puncher.

I think Peter will put on a good show and that it will go to the cards.

He could do but i think in this fight Lacy will redeem himself with a good showing.
