Hi, I would like to ask you guys about a boxing/fitness training program. I don't want any super professional tips. It's like this, I'm thinking of holding my own lection and I was thinking of something like a power boxing workout program, something with a bit aerobic in it, but with a boxing flavour. I have a few suggestion worked out (skipping rope etc), but it isn't enough for a full workout program. So I would be very glad if some of you would help me out. I want to know if there is any good not to hard exercises to something that I have in mind. If you know any site I can look at just post it and of course if you already know something just post it
