Yep, that's the right answer. It's basically a quick counter hook that you throw while your opponent is rushing in.

Floyd landed the exact same punch in the 8th round, and it hurt Hatton and led to the big flurry in that round where it looked for a second like Hatton might get stopped.

Then in the 10th, Floyd backed up into the corner to set Hatton up, and landed the exact same punch again, just a little more flush.
what does that say of Hatton's trainers?? It shows that they are extremely deficient when it comes to training in that they didn't prepare their fighter to defend against the most elementary of punches. Neither did they help to adjust their fighter when these punches were regularly being landed by Floyd.
It says not a thing about his trainers..

It says ricky was ina tough fight and got frustrated about the referee and stopped moving his head on the way in and floyd quite rightly took advantage..

In the first hatton looked like old school hatton like when he fought tszyu he steps in and faints and does that leaping jab to catch him at long range and then side steps with the combinations..

And as the fight drew on he just got frustrated and wanted to rush him, was overcome with emotion
