Here's the Hopkins 'White Boy' incident

1st of all its completely assanined and ignorant for a 43 year old man to call another man at 36 years old a "White Boy"

Please anyone who dosent take that statement for what it implies RACIAL SUPERIORITY needs to wisen up.... It was in poor taste plain and simple. Hopkins was a douchebag in making that remark END OF!!!! like someone else said if Calzaghe said "I aint lettin no Black Man beat be" the whole place would of errupted Jesse Jackson would have been flow in with Al Sharpton and they would have picketed the gotdam arena. They would have demanded an apology and Calzaghe would have had to have a press conference to save face... Meanwhile Dikhead Hopkins runs off at the mouth and he gets a gatepass, to hell with that I hate racism no matter who is prompting it, but the recourse should be equal as well as the public outrage.

I just don't understand how you can claim Hopkins is a racist and believes in the superiority of the black race as if its the same as when the whites actually practised their superiority over blacks

Blacks have never reduced whites to slavery. Blacks don't disenfranchise whites and leave them with substandard educations, working for lower wages and having a higher unemployment rate. Blacks didn't segregate whites, blacks didn't uproot whites from their homes and transport them like cattle halfway around the world.

For you to say that Hokpins is arguing for the racial superiority of the black man is just plain offensive.

It's the blacks who have been oppressed by whites throughout history. When he says he won't lose to a white man, the way I take it is him saying he won't lose to the race that has persecuted and oppressed his own race for generations and who still looks down their noses at his race, especially in Philly where he grew up and lives.
I actually like Hopkins attitude to be honest. He says what he thinks and isn't trying to be all PC.

If he harbours resentment towards whites then so be it, but please don't even begin to equate that to the kind of racism that whites have practised against blacks throughout recent history.

To use my bullying analogy once again. If later in life when they are all grown up the bullied kid stil doesnt like the kid who bullied him that doesn't make him a bully. But if the bully still picks on the kid he bullied as a child then he's still being a bully.

I know it's a lost point on most of you pc nonnies but I'll continue to try and explain the obvious.
