After sparring small cuts or a little nose bleeding can be common but what about headaches? I mean i experience headaches after sparring and it lasts for few hours but its gone by the next day..is it gonna cause some damage in the long run if i keep gettin them? Like concussions or brain damage..because i m only 16. Tell me about ur sparring experiences too if possible and thanks a lot!
