Hulk, are you looking to be a better boxer or to add muscle for the sake of bodybuilding? From the look of your pic on the myspace, I'd be more concerned with staying flexible and improving speed and skill. Unless you are plannning at fighting HW, being lean and lanky should serve you well and more muscle than you already have could work against you, especially if it costs you flexibility.
hahaha. Nah I'm not planning on fighting at heavyweight. Thats a good one though. Fukin once I get off the cycle of this stuff, I'm gonna cut back down to the 150-155 range. After I bulk up a bit and get stronger. I do not plan on staying at this weight. Also I have to force myself to keep doing my cardio for boxing and shadowboxing with my 1 lb weights to maintain my speed, rather than just get big and slow. That would screw me royally, I know. Kinda wish we had a speed bag at the MMA/boxing gym I go to, back when I used to just train at my boxing trainer's house, we had one, and with shadowboxing with the 1lb weights every day and usin da speed bag when I could during the week, it really improved my speed. Speed is essential that is for sure.

Also quit attacking hitmandonny, that is not what this thread is for, it is for attacking ME! lol.
