Miguel Cotto: When will he get his chance at a mega-fight?

Cotto vs Margarito (assuming they both win their next fight) will be a WW unification bout between two top 5 welters. This is enough to be a big fight.

But this thread is about MEGA-fights, and Cotto-Margarito is not even close to being that type of fight, because 99% of people in the US have no clue who Antonio Margarito is. That might not even be a PPV fight.

There is no way that fight is not a PPV event. Margarito should be pretty well known by now. He's been around the top of the division longer than any of the other welters.

I understand when you say it won't be a MEGA event in the way DLH - Mayweather or Hatton - Mayweather. But I think it will be as big as say Taylor - Pavlik or Calzaghe - Kessler.
