I don't see much difference mate, you still look like an Ectomorph to me...
I've been doing a shite load of training recently... Only suppliments I've been taking is the occasional whey shake and cod liver oil.
Other than that just a shit load of meat/fruit/carbs.
I'd platued for a while but I've made some pretty big jumps recently... I need to get unhappy with my fitness/physique though or else I'll start to coast in my training!
He'l probs be back to where he started in about 3-4 weeks anyway seen as tho he doesn't have PCT planned out.
So he'l be back to his initial weight with the added benefit of the testosterone supression of a 60 year old.
