To summarize that real quick...not much you can do. Most important is DO NOT RUB THE AFFECTED AREA. May not sound like a big problem, except you have to wipe, which is a problem. Get some baby wipes, and don't wipe so much as blot.
Also, no aspirin or ibuprofen for pain....they can make it worse....stick to acetaminophen (tylenol).
