Also if you are REALLY REALLY dedicated - go organic vegan for a month or two and you will see the fat fly off the places you don't want it.
Fruit for brecky (make sure yo are eating that daily) light salad for lunch and more rabbit food for tea

if you can stick to that religiously for a month or 2 u will be sorted as long as u train right and target the area's u want fixed.
Summer is almost here and its been a long time since i looked like i wanted and i miss abbs

gunna start it my self when i get back from Vegas. Kicked the Drugs and smoking and am ready to start full training my self. this is a great short cut to get fast track into it.
