i see full out as punching as hard as you can non stop.
continous hard ass punching, no breaks, so small stops, just 1 fist after the other as fast as you can throw it. if you can do that for 10 mins then your gonna be good in the amatures, cause there are only 4 2 min rounds.
HOWEVER, i dont know whether you have fought before, but nerves before a fight are what makes you tired. you are actually so nervous you feel like you have been doing 5 rounds on the bag. NO JOKE.
thats why you have to ovretrain. you train like your gonna fight for 3 rounds if your gonna fight for one
My version of full out is throwing punches as hard and fast as i can non stop....occasionally to move around or stop the bag from moving but thats about it. Yeah i can do that for 10 mins. I havent fought b4 in boxing but i did karate for 8 yrs and fought in that (wasnt full contact). Yeah nerves to have bad effects, i remember when i was fighting at state titles of karate (i lost by a shit decision) i was really nervous and had trouble gettin goin but once you get into it they seem to fade.
