I used to think the junior welter's a few years ago with Tszyu,Gatti,Mayweather,Hatton,Cotto,Harris etc. but then at that time the junior lightweight's had Morales,Barrera,Pacquiao,Marquez moving up and many others. So I guess what I am trying to say is yes junior lightweight's in past year's have been the best division.
