Hamed had great power and hit from the craziest angles I have ever seen. He was the first guy I ever seen throw a lead uppercut.

I agree with the poster ICB when he mentioned the balance issue. It was Hameds only real chink in the armor, real unorthodox style but natural ability allowed him to use it.
Not only that, but around the boxing world, guys like him tend to get a lot more props and attention than they usually deserve. He had a funny schtick, he worked a bunch of money and attention out of it, and now he's gone. Not really all that uncommon when you think about it.
