Well stated. Floyd Mayweather Jr is/was a great fighter but for some reason since his days at lightweight seemed to avoid the biggest challenges out there. If there was an easy way to a title or to defend one he took it.

I really do not give him that much credit for beating a bigger DE la Hoya to be honest. He did it in a very unspectacular fashion happy to eek out a decision win.

Great fighter who liked to brag a bit too much and avoid dangerous fights is how I will always remember him
