I had the same problem with pac man. Saddo told me to click the "stay logged in" box when I sign on and that did the trick.

Where/when will this box appear? Is it when you first sign on? Or is it in your profile somewhere?

It's the 'Remember Me' box next to where you type your username and password.

And it works.
