Ha well you just served up a nice one as I'm warping my mind around the text you just put on screen

Right....Ok....
So in order to find the best way to tyrain the body I need to locate the details which would stop the body from operating at it's optimum capacity.
Right so far?

Like....Obviously lack of vision throws off the entire body's balance and timing.......
(This will take me a while to fathom!)
So in order to train the body to increase the body's balance and timing I should train without vision and thus it would improve my balance and timing when I do have my vision.

Is that anywhere along the lines of the concept?
