Maybe, but sometimes teasing can be a nice way of telling you there's somethings wrong without any offense. (Like if you stink because you don't bathe enough, and they make fun of you for it, it helps you to take a hint).

There was a girl in school in 4th grade, Shannon Miller, who had lice. We would stand by her and act llike baboons grooming her They actually kicked her out or something until she got rid of the cooties

LOL. Seriously, I have memories going back to 2-3 years old. Mostly bad; but those are the ones that can stay with you.
