It's values may be different to Baggins Clan (although again this is only because other people like to project what they think the values of Baggins Clan are) but they are still a clan like Baggins, Violent Squad, Darkside Alliance etc.

The only one that could conceivably not be called a Clan is Dildo Faggins, as that I guess is more a Bilbo tribute/fan club type thing.
