Early Career Losses...(Margarito Example)

I dont like his style, infact I am hypocritical, as I love "boxing", but I do love Tonys style in fights as he is a fighter not a boxer. I enjoy the sweet science, but you cant knock a tear up every now and again.

Anyway, being from the mean streets of Tijuana, and not having really anything about him to take notice of by way of skills, its easy for many people to have look past him when he was younger.

Im sure he wasnt conditioned and have the great Gyms you see Mayweather or Hatton trainging in. As with Hatton, Billy Graham saw him and instantly took him under his wing.

I dont know Tonys background, but you could understand him having to graft and showcase what he can OFFER to boxing. So if he wasnt being trained properly earlier in his career, you could see where these losses would come from.

Obviously someone along the line saw him, liked him and produced what we see today.

So although he has losses on his career, they dont mean as much, or anything at all, unlike his loss to Williams, which is a legit.

Dont get me wrong they are recorded, but I for one used to use the phrase "look how many times Margarito has lost"

It doesnt mean anything.

I have so much respect for the man that is Antonio Margarito, I surely wasnt a fan, but he is a GENTLEMAN aswell.

He has created a buzz back in the boxing World, Antonio Margarito is GOOD for Boxing...

(this coming from a boxing fan who hated him!)

I would like to see Tony vs Paul II

Both have peaked in many ways.

This is a fight that has to happen soon.

Cotto vs Margarito is another fight that has to happen soon but it might not be as soon as I would like.

I was here telling everyone years ago that PBF was afraid of Tony and I still think I am right about that. Floyd left the game untested, I have not even heard anything about Floyd and I don't even hear his dumb azz fans saying Floyd will come back
