I have weights and a heavy bag at my house but they dont belong to me and im at my grandparents house all summer so i couldnt take them with me and i have no way of getting to my house unless i take an airplane and theres a gym by my grandparents house but you aint permitted in the weight room unless ur 18, and they dont have anything in it that involves boxing, so this obviously means they dont have a heavy bag.
So could someone give me a workout routine that would keep me in shape.
Id appreciate it.
