Michael Watson against Eubank II. Watson fought at the pace of a featherweight for 11 rounds and almost sacrificed his life when Eubank landed possibly the most beautiful, deperate, perfect and devestaing uppercut I have ever seen.
Michael Watson looked inhuman for 11 rounds, he truly fought an amazing fight and so did Chris Eubank. Possibly the best Super Middleweight fight ever, the extra weight help both fighters who were drained in the 1st fight. I think Michael Watson was better than Chris Eubank, Nigel Benn, Steve Collins.

I went to both fights. The first one when a lot of people said Watson was robbed was close and I think a draw was probably the right result. Watson fought like a man possessed in the second fight. I though he would blow himself out after 6 rounds because of the pace he was setting but he just never stopped. Eubank took a hell of a beating in that fight and it's amazing that he was able to finish the fight the way he did because he looked totally spent before Watson knocked him down.

Watson had looked classy when knocking out Nigel Benn (that fake pony tail LOL). He then got a lesson from the old Master in Mike McCallum - you could see Watson in agony from some of those body shots.

If it hadn't of been for that split second and the 10cm gap he left for that Eubank upercut he would have gone on to a world title I'm sure.
