I'm not really a big baseball guy but living here in the Tampa area this city is going crazy how this team has turned the whole club around in just a years time. Last year they were one of the worst teams in big leagues now they have made the playoffs for the first time in franchise history.
I'm actually pretty impressed with them and I would love to see them make run at the world series.

yet no one else in your area feels this way, hence why they still can't sell tickets..

red sox nation on the other hand, over a hundred consecutively sold out games.. i actually feel bad for the rays players, because they get shit for support..

And how long has the Red Sox franchise been around compared to The Rays?
If the Rays continue to win and get better then there fan base will grow.
Like I said originally I"m not a big baseball guy, actually not even from this area (Tampa) but I think what the Rays have done this year is pretty danm impressive.
