You would have to lose 40lbs to make Cruiserweight and 65lbs to make Light Heavyweight. Thats alot of weight! And we all saw what happened to Roy Jones Jr when he lost so much weight. I recently started upping my training and lost 9lbs in 5 weeks but I wasnt aiming to lose weight. So it would take a year or two at least for you to lose the weight and be ready to fight at that weight.Originally Posted by beast
