I realize that for the "Ask the Trainer" section, it says to help each other with training tips, but not all training is geared for boxing. I just figure that an all-purpose forum might be a bit more appealing for those who don't box but DO enjoy doing other types of training.
For instance, I do circuit training, jogging, and half-marathon training. I'm on a bit of a hiatus right now due to a nagging training injury, but I train fairly regularly.
