Against Oscar it was a competitive fight that he dominated in the second parts of it.

But most of his fights after that weren't really against any world beaters that he was made to look spectacular against. He ran into forrest who didn't just stand in front of him and used his jab that no one had done to effectiveness since the Oscar fight. Forrest just had Shane's number, he didn't ruin Shane. Shane still has plenty in the tank imo

I was looking everywhere on youtube for the first round of that fight but it's not on there. Shane Mosley was destroying Forrest, he almost even scored a KD. It was typical Mosley on a way to another KO but he got headbutted. I know one round does not make a fight but he was a totally different fighter after that, even when he fought lessor opponents. Oscar saw that that's why Oscar wanted a rematch, he was no longer the same
