He outpointed Peter legit, no doubt. However he did not finish Peter as you claim, because of one thing, he would have had to engage him. He would have had to fight, plant his feet, and take some risks against a big puncher. He didn't want to do that. And did he drop Peter? Nope. And nothin is gonna make me forget how bad my boy Mayorga got his ass whipped in what could have been his life/career defining fight. I'll always remember it and it still bothers me.
