Frankly, I kinda think at this point that Al Quaida prefers a guy like Bush or McCain to Obama, they (McCain & Bush) are more likely to continue to try and defeat a concept (movement?) militarily.

Probably, but lets not forget that BL declared war under the Clinton Administration. I was thinking mostly about IRAQ. I think AQ is probably content to let something like IRAQ drag on, it gives them a convenient battleground for jihad. I don't think they particularly give a damn about whether that's good for your average Iraqi.
