Hold on a sec, you are ascribing meaning to my post that just isn't there. I never said anything about homoerotic pansy crap. I don't consider that I have the expertise to make that kind of judgement.
So you don't think the idea of a man in a bat suit and cape who lives underground and goes to war against a man dressed as a a clown is camp?

Especially when this 'Batman' also has a young boy friend who wears tights and a cape calls himself Robin and they hang out together and fight evil.

Ok so the director thankfully decided not to give Robin any screen time in this film, but he's still there, part of the Bat 'lore' so to speak.

Batman is a gay fetishist, and depending on how old Robin actually is, maybe a very dirty old man indeed.

It's not cool, badass, or clever, it's just very very sad.
I'm not sure how serious you are. It's just comic book stuff. For people who used to like the comics as kids, and are now old enough to handle the blood and guts and violence. Superhero stuff with a few slightly more adult themes. I really don't see too much in the way of oddball sexual overtones. I wouldn't really call it camp, either. To me camp is more like Rocky Horror Picture Show. See the difference?
