200lbs would have been his non training weight, when he moved up to heavy he was solid, it has to be steroids, to do that naturally would take a couple of years if its possible, ask any bodybuilder or aspiring bodybuilder and they will tell you how hard they find it to put on muscle, yet Holyfield, Jones,Toney and Mosely all go up in weight and have vastly more muscled bodys.
Although Toney was carrying fat, look at his traps, theyre huge, same as Holyfield.
Im now wondering about Hayes physique, hes put some lean mass on, although he was heavier for Bonin than Barrett, is it possible to gain then lose then gain again
He doesnt look that cut though so could well be just fluids?
