Hi im a long visitor guest in this forum downloading some vidz.

Im just start boxing 3days and im not really good but i find it fun.

i hope there people who are kind enough to spend time helping me on advice and tips on everything about boxing.

For now i have no idea i just get my idea in watching our boxer pacman train on the video.

I started 3days ago and what i do usually.

I jog in the garage about 10mins

then do i skip ropes for warm up

then bob and weave and shadow box

then hit the punching bag

then do some situps until i get kinda tired

all i have now is some gloves and punching bag im looking for a boxing gym in my area but i can't find any.

......i want to jog outside but i don't like because im afraid some of my friends will see me and tease that im a wannabe boxer.
