Is this normal? Would the pain go away if i get used to it?

And also i use 8oz gloves for heavy bag is that ok? because my hands are hurting i can longer hit the bag now i use no wraps i dont yet have one and i dont know how to appy them. xD
haha personally I wouldn't let my friends hit me in the head unless I can hit them back. The phrase goes however "the punch you don't see, is the one that hurts the most". To see if you can take a punch you need sparring plain and simple, so try find a boxing gym if you can as that is the only way you will get better in real fight situations.

Ohh and yes the headache is normal, it's called blunt force trauma, it's why boxers use defence.
