I don't even get how its just one year. Obviously Capetillo's excuse is a gigantic pile of bullshit. The only thing that can be argued is that Margarito didn't know, which you know if you want to believe that maybe its possible. At the very least Capetillo should be banned for life.

Anyway I assume this comes off in a few months, its not like its without precedence.
