Also as he was in negotiations with Hatton prior to the Pacquiao fight being made, I think he will be able to get a fight against one of the belt-holders at 140. Yesterday he was saying that he planned to move up to light-welter after this fight. Its not the same as Guzman not making the weight because he was coming up from a lower weight & couldn't make it coz of his lifestyle, I think Nate couldn't do it coz of his age
I agree with that, but I dont see Hatton fighting him win or lose against Pac. The best fights he can hope to land in the future are probably Holt, Bradley, or Urango. Not sure he fares against any of those guys Thats assuming he wins tommorrow as I suspect he will.
Don't get me wrong I agree that he won't get a fight with Hatton, but I see him easily getting a fight with the winner of Holt/Bradley, as they are all in pretty much the same boat fo being talented but unrecognized by the wider public. A loss tomorrow screws him tho. One thing this does do though is open the Lightweight division right up. I can see Warren being bang on that WBO belt for Khan if he beats Barrera, maybe even trying to get the belt for that fight.
