Not got FN3 but do you not have the options of only playing against someone using analogue rather than buttons ??
I'm on PS3 and online there is a room called analog only but there is never anyone in it.

There is the odd one punch KO in fn3 but they are so few and far between that I'd dare say a lot of people haven't even see them.
