well again it depends how hard you are working. I assume you mean 10x3minutes yes? There isn't a hard and fast rule in my book. On the one hand I agree with the Bruce Lee's attitude that practicing 10 pefect jabs is better than 100 shitty ones. BUT you're not going to be throwing 10 jabs in a fight or in a round! - at least I hope not.
I would suggest work untill you notice or feel your form slipping, then you can either take a rest and come back to your drill and do another session or switch to work on conditioning.
