OK Haye can go about this a couple of ways...
#1 Haye can try and pounce on Wlad early in which case he may KO Wladimir OR tucker himself out and just get battered for as long as Wlad wants to keep him around.
#2 Haye can try and box with Wladimir and just eat jabs until either Wladimir tires out and Haye KO's him or Wladimir just hammers Haye and David never even wins a round.
#3 Haye is indecisive on whether he should attack or lay back and in that case there is either a clash of heads, Wlad is caught off guard and KO'd, or Haye is just obliterated by Wladimir's power as Haye's chin has NEVER been tested by a heavyweight of note.
I think with Manny Steward in his corner and his psyche in very good shape I see Wladimir being cautious of Haye's power meanwhile landing meaningful and PAINFUL punches which will wear Haye down and stop him in 5-7 rounds.
I have been equal in my view, as equal as I can be...I have listed the ways in which either fighter can win or lose the match. I support Wladimir, I think he's too big, too skilled, and too experienced to be beaten by David Haye....I have been wrong before but this fight IMO is the begining of the end of David Haye
