Yes, the rest of the world does look to us Brits for guidance on how to behave. What other country in the world is so refined at showcasing how to drunkenly smash a bottle over someones's head before drunkenly stumbling over the pavement to the floor, or how to best get steaming drunk in a nightclub and then flash genitalia at other patrons.
