They have yardso r pavillions ran by different gangs who raid each others stuff etc.they have yards that have nothing, no food no water you just live off the rubbish that is left over from the main prison and that is fought over to start with! You get thrown out into that at the discression of the in mates (for stealing, child rapists,even one poor bastard who is dying of aids is left out there to rot.) then theres a section inside the jail a jail within the jail where dudes are mentally insane and too dangerous to be out amounst the normal killing spree and they are starved and dehydrated to the max and they said you hear them calling for water most of time.
