Mosley would certainly make size more of a factor like he did using his physical strength to his advantage against Margarito. And Mosley definitely would not be so outgunned against Pacquiao.
IMO, I haven't compared styles but if Pacquiao beat Mosley at any weight, it would mean more then the Oscar and Hatton wins combined. I really think that would be to tall of an order.
BTW- in the amateurs Mosley almost always fought a division north of Oscar. When they both were named to the Olympic team, Oscar fought at 132 while Mosley fought at 139. Even though De La Hoya moved up quicker then Mosley, I always considered Mosley to be the stronger fighter when they met.
