What if he totally came back clean and honest and was checked with a magnifying glass every single fight, followed rules, gave us good fights, etc. You guys still wouldn't give him a second chance?

I totally agree, so why is he fighting again? What kind of example is this? I can't get my head around it.

I could be wrong, but I believe that he was banned by the California Athletic Commission and that the other American Commissions honored the ban ever though they did not have to. As the fight is taking place in Mexico, the ban does not apply.
