Either way, Khan would barely be talked about if this wasn't a largely populated board by the Brits.. he's in a weak weight class and has already lost..

he should fight paulie malignaggi.. two lighting fast feather fisted boxers.. If paulie knocked him out i'd jump through the roof with excitement.
I don't think that's true Amir Khan has been mentioned on all major broadcast channels in America, HBO, Showtime, ESPN Friday Night Fights are always mentioning his name when referring to either prospects, or to the lightweight and junior welterweight divisions.

He's far and away one of the most well known prospects in the world, if he wasn't he wouldn't have had the bartering leverage to not only get Marco Antonio Barrera in the ring but to make him come over here.

After Hatton, Calzaghe, Haye and now Froch, Khan is easily our best known boxer overseas.

If/when he fights in the US (most likely his next fight) there will be a lot of interest stateside.

If he wins a couple more fights he's easily our biggest PPV attraction since Hatton, he'd eclipse Froch and Calzaghe without a doubt.

And before people accuse me of making another fanboy posting, none of this is at all to do with whether he is any good or deserving of the publicity, only that he clearly has the necessary appeal on both sides of the atlantic to sell tickets and get people talking.
After hatton, calzaghe, haye, froch there is khan.. big deal lol..

i still think he's overrated.. dudes got skill, but is a whole lot of hype.

And of course he has been mentioned on all major channels, and in all magazines.. so is peter manfredo.. im just saying that there are always threads about him, and blaming that on the environment.. take that as you wish.
