If Pacquiao wants the fight to be for the title, it will have to be at 147 pounds."

This will only build the anticipation for the fight. Also, I am getting tired of Manny and his demands. I am also tired of these boxing organizations. Cotto does not want to pay the sanctioning fee. Good for him. Papa Arum will probably pay it so he can appease Manny.
