Valuev and Haye have signed on the dotted line in a clash for the WBA Heavyweight Title held by Valuev.

Wladimir Klitschko vs Alexander Povetkin

Povetkin is going to be trained by Teddy Atlas and probably have a warm-up first but as Wlad's No.1 contender he is up next for the Ukrainian. Wlad is the WBA and WBO Champion.

Vitali Klitschko vs Chris Arreola

The elder Klitschko is in negotiations to make a voluntary defense against America's Heavyweight hope Arreola. Vitali's WBC belt will be on the line.

All three fights are likely to take place this year and would certainly make it a Great Year for a division that has been in the doldrums.

Who wins?
Wlad is IBF and WBO mate (and more importantly THE RING). You have put WBA, I think you know because you said Valuev is WBA, just thought I'd point it out though!

Anyway to the question, I think Haye could well KO Valuev, he has not been active though so it may take him a while and personally I think he should have had a few HW fights before going for a title.

Wlad - Povetkin could well be Wlads biggest test since regaining a portion of the title's against Byrd. But I see Wlad looking impressive (not exciting) and winning by late KO.

Vitali - Arreola. Vitali will crucify Arreola IMO. Arreola just doesn't look like he trains anywhere near hard enough to be in with the best of todays crop, and that is who he is facing!
