So, I was at my gym on Friday and started talking to this guy who clearly had more skill than me. This guy was a machine. I noticed he had the same gloves. So I go, they hurt your hands at all. Nope, he said. Then we were talking about what's ailing me. He told me to try loosening my wraps... so I did.

Problem solved.

So, if wraps aren't meant to be worn tight (or snug) what the hell are the for? I was wearing them just tight enough that I couldn't quite make a tight fist which apparently, according to that guy, can cause knuckle pain on impact.
