Well well well, what has Salty been doing lately to work towards his goals?

Basically I'm trying to cut down the shit in my diet, let it down today by getting into some nachos, but other than that I'm doing well on the diet front. I am craving some of the junkfood though, so I just try eat a piece of fruit each time I'm craving.

On the gym front, I'm doing more of a bodybuilding routine with runs every other day. I'll give a more indepth look into this tomorrow for you all as my triceps hurt too much today.
